What I’m Looking For

I’m especially interested in connecting with others who enjoy thoughtful, reflective writing about creativity, storytelling, wellness, philosophy, and I’d love to find a few people open to:

  • Beta reading my essays or longer posts (giving honest, constructive feedback)
  • Swapping guest posts or newsletter features
  • General conversation about writing and creative work

I’m not looking for a huge group or constant back-and-forth. I’m more interested in a few genuine, low-pressure connections with writers who value depth over volume.

What Kind of Feedback Helps Me

If you’re open to beta reading, here’s what’s most useful to me right now:

  • Whether the main idea or feeling lands clearly
  • Places where the writing drags or loses focus
  • Moments that feel strong or worth developing further
  • Overall tone and clarity

You don’t need to be a professional editor. Thoughtful reader feedback is incredibly valuable.

What I Can Offer

I’m happy to offer the same in return: honest feedback on your essays, posts, or drafts. I’m also open to guest posting if there’s mutual interest.

How to Reach Out

If any of this resonates with you, feel free to reach me through my Collaborate page:

You can also reply directly to this post or email me. I read everything.

I’m not looking to build a big network or “grow fast.” I’m just looking for a few good conversations and creative exchanges with other writers who are also trying to do this thoughtfully. If that sounds like you, I’d be glad to hear from you.

If this resonated with you, would you consider forwarding it to another writer or reader? I don't use social media, so word of mouth from readers like you is how my work spreads. Thank you.
