Sitting next to a sibling through the latest Avatar movie taught me something; not everyone has a heart for stories. 

They take it for granted and make jokes and comments every other minute. They can't see the characters develop as the story goes on. Me? I'm fighting back tears every twenty minutes and hiding behind my 3D glasses. 

Not everyone is wired for stories the way I am—some hearts stay cool and distant where mine cracks wide open—yet every person has at least one artistic current that pulls them in completely, whether it’s music, paint, movement, code, or worlds built from words.

Identify the one artistic pull that reliably moves you (the thing that makes time vanish and emotion surge), and **feed it deliberately today** with one small, intentional act. Watch, listen, sketch, write, or create for even ten minutes.
