A Potential Update to the Warden's Way

Greetings, all.

As Spring finally comes back around again, I've been spending some time reviewing my daily and weekly process. I'm always tweaking my rituals and looking for ways to do things better, and I've found something great.

A new daily practice

Morning pages are great. Something about hand writing down all the things on your mind helps you purge them from your consciousness so that you can begin your day in earnestness. While I love morning pages and will continue to do them forever, I found an additional daily practice that has really done wonders for me. Take a look at this:

In addition to morning pages, I've been using my Guiding Intentions to write down ten things I want to change. I write the sentence, I read it in my head, I repeat it aloud, and I close my eyes and repeat it once more while visualizing what that change would look like.

This consequently may have reduced my need for a Weekly Review because I revisit my Guiding Intentions every day.

Now this also means that my Morning Pages take a bit longer than they normally do, but so far I think the change is worth it.

Give it a go for a week and let me know your thoughts. If I hear enough positive results I will update the ebook.
